2. Information we collect

Booking details such as passenger names, contact email, phone number, selected game, fare type, passenger counts and booking notes.
Payment status and Stripe checkout references. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Bomber Boat.
Interest-register details when you ask to be contacted about a future sailing.
Technical information needed to operate the website, such as basic server logs, rate-limit data and same-browser session storage for admin/captain access.

3. How we use it

To process bookings, send confirmations, issue boarding links and manage boarding on the day.
To contact passengers about schedule changes, safety updates, cancellations, refunds, credits or support requests.
To manage waitlists, interest lists, customer service and operational reporting.
To protect the service from abuse, fraud or unauthorised admin access.

4. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run Bomber Boat, including Cloudflare for hosting and database services, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for transactional emails. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Marketing

We may contact you about the booking or interest request you submitted. We do not sell your personal information. If we send broader marketing updates, you can ask us to stop by emailing hello@bomberboat.com.au.

6. Retention and security

We keep booking and cancellation records for operational, accounting and legal purposes. We use access controls, short-lived admin sessions and Cloudflare platform protections to reduce unauthorised access risk.

7. Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@bomberboat.com.au. We may need to keep some records where required for accounting, dispute handling, safety or legal reasons.
